My Perrilloux Theories
May 2, 2008 — TideDruidRyan Perrilloux is out. Is it just me, or does it seem like Miles knows something we all don’t? Think about it.
What if Miles figured out that even though they lack experience, he saw enough talent between the two QBs to decide that he could finally act as if Perrilloux wasn’t the key cog in the LSU machine? Miles is a strange guy, but he isn’t without a sense of the game. He’ll probably take losses at Auburn and Florida, but he’s coming off of a National Championship season (albeit a rather strange one), and has enough built up credit to take a blow or two.
Who knows what Miles is thinking at this point, because he’s not your average bear. I tend to think he makes decisions based on pure emotion, which could be another theory of note. Take his pre-SEC championship rant for instance. That lovely gem tied him down to Baton Rouge and not Ann Arbor, which Michigan might be paying for dearly with Richie Rod (being “turned down” was a blessing in disguise). What caused all that to take place? the media!
He’s been taking in on the chops a bit from the Louisiana press, and it seems to me that Les has a reactionary temper. When he tries to make decisions based on logic or need, he ultimately losses his cool and says “to Hell with it!” It happened in Atlanta, and it may have happened in this case.

I found something extremely interesting (and slightly off topic) in you post… Les Miles or a Bear, which one is smarter?
I measured Miles and Yogi Bear’s responses in a variey of situations and unfortunatley Yogi won out everytime. On behalf of Les Miles, i would like to say…..GOD DAMN THOSE PICNIC BASKETS!

I don’t think I can change language, it’s either delete or leave it. But unless it is just extremely vulgar, I don’t moderate the comments that often.
